A great place to start! This is our introduction and basic reformer class, perfect for those who are looking for softer music, slower transitions, and a deeper understanding of the PBX® method. Classes are still challenging in that signature PBX® way with a little more time to stretch and breathe. Learn the basis of your body conditioning routine to help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back.
Ideal for beginners, PBX® One serves as an introduction to learning the reformer, as well as the essential fundamental movements of pilates and barre, and the awareness of the science behind muscular development, modern kinesiology and cardiovascular health. Despite the introductory nature of this class, you'll still encounter a challenging workout sure to form the basis of your journey here at PBX®.
Pilates moves redefined for optimum definition and sculpting of your body. Experience a high level of challenging modern pilates movements, all set to heart pumping music that inspires you to go that extra mile. See your body change in just 10 Endurance PBX® classes! Ability to hold a plank for 60 seconds is a prerequisite. Three other PBX® classes are required prior to attending, and approval for this class is required.

We've got you covered in this high-intensity cardio circuit training class where each station focuses on a different muscle group, with cardio bursts to burn it up. Use the reformers in a whole new way with attention to form. Show up expected to work hard and get results!
Fusing the barre and reformer into one heart pumping, leg-burning sculpting session, PBX Barre utilizes smaller isometric contractions of the muscles to the point of fatigue, with long stretches to lengthen the muscles. Connect with your body, build strength and endurance, and de-stress as you embrace the burn and shake.
With an unforgiving focus on the core and the legs, you'll use the Jumpboard on the reformer for a high-intensity cardio workout that's easy on the joints. Get pumped with this core-defining class that isolates your major core muscles and helps to build power and strength. Working your core muscles helps to improve balance and stability.
